Who can avail this scheme of Modi government

Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana is open to people between 18 and 50 years old. At the same time, people up to the age of 70 are covered under the Prime Minister's Security Insurance. Explain that these two are insurance policies. However this insurance is for one year only. The scheme should be renewed by 31 May every year.

Even if the insurance is purchased on any date in the year, it is valid until 31 May. If you join the scheme after 31 May, the scheme is valid till the same date of next year. You must have a bank account to join the scheme. Insurance can also be canceled due to insufficient balance in the account at the time of closing the bank account or deduction of premium.

What was the purpose

In 2015, the central government launched Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima and Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Yojana to provide insurance cover to the poor. This is the reason that insurance premiums are kept very low. However now this scheme is available for every category. Almost all private and public sector banks in the country provide an opportunity for customers to join the scheme. If you are using NetBanking, you can take advantage of this plan from home. You can also become a part of this scheme by visiting the nearest branch of the bank.
