High Court guideline on Uttarayan announced

For kiteboarders from metros including Ahmedabad, the fun of Uttarayan may be a bit dull this year. The Gujarat High Court heard a petition banning the Uttarayan festival. Meanwhile, Advocate General Kamal Trivedi said in his presentation that the state government was working to stop the broadcast of Corona.

High Court Guideline on Uttarayan

Presenting the guidelines to the court, the government said that large number of people could not gather on the roofs and plains during the landing. The music system has also been banned. There is nothing written on a kite that hurts someone's feelings. At the same time, Chinese rope has been banned.

Restrictions imposed

In areas such as Raipur and Mint, it is important that the kite market does not attract large crowds. Police will monitor through drones and CCTV. Whoever breaks the rules, action will be taken against them. Also, people from the western region cannot go to the eastern region.

What is the whole matter

The issue of Uttarayan celebrations reached the Gujarat High Court on 4 January, with a petition filed in the High Court seeking a stay on the celebration of Uttarayan amidst the Koraon epidemic. The petition said that there should be a complete ban on the celebration of Uttarayan in an epidemic like Corona.
