The Collector ordered the closure of all shops in this district of Gujarat after 4 pm
Gujarat is witnessing a record breaking increase in corona cases every day. Even today the state has the highest number of 861 cases. Then 18 new cases have also been reported in Banaskantha and today one person has also died due to corona. The total number of cases in Banaskantha has so far risen to 297 and 14 people have lost their lives due to Corona in the district. Collectors have now come into action mode due to rain and corona infection in Banaskantha district.
The collectors have come into action mode due to the infection of Varsha Corona in Banaskantha district. After visiting the control area yesterday, a new notification has been issued after 4 pm today to keep all shops at headquarters Palanpur and Deesa closed and ban the movement of people.
Corona infection is increasing day by day in Banaskantha district. The district administration is now on alert for the way Hindon is being left in urban areas.

Banaskantha District Collector along with senior officials visited the control areas of Deesa and Palanpur yesterday. Also discussed with higher officials what can be done to stop the transmission of Corona. After which a new notification has been issued to the District Collector today. Under this, all the shops at Headquarters Palanpur and Commercial Headquarters Deesa will be closed after 4 pm. Only medical as well as dairy shops will continue. Action will be taken against those who violate the declaration of the Collector
