Shri Vajpayee Bankable 2020 Scheme to provide financial loans
Shri Vajpayee Bankable Scheme: Scheme for providing financial loans / assistance to artisans of cottage industry through nationalized banks, cooperative banks, public sector banks, private banks.
Objective 1: - To provide self-employment to unemployed persons in urban and rural areas of Gujarat under this scheme. People with disabilities or blind people will also be able to take advantage of this scheme.
(2) Eligibility of the scheme:
1. Age: 18 to 65 years
2. Educational Qualification: At least STD-4 (four) pass or
Training / Experience: Must have at least 3 months training from a private institute suitable for the profession or at least one month training from a government recognized institute or one year experience related to business or an inherited artisan.
3. There is no income limit.
(3) The bank through the borrower maximum limit:
(1) Maximum of 8 lakhs for the industry sector.
(Ii) Maximum of 8 lakhs for the service sector.
(2) Maximum of 8 lakhs for the business sector.
(3) Rate of assistance on loan amount: The rate of assistance for industry, service and business sector under this scheme will be as follows.
