Google Fit Health & Activity Tracking App

Want to take charge of your health? Let Google help you reach your goals.
Get a healthier and more active life with the new Google Fit!

It is hard to know how much or what kind of activity you need to be healthy. That's why Google Fit, in collaboration with the World Health Organization WHO and the American Heart Association (AHA), helped you bring Heart Points, an activity goal that can help improve your health.

Your heart-boosting activities provide tremendous health benefits for your heart and mind. You will earn one heart and point for each minute of moderate activity such as increasing your speed while walking your dog, and double points for more intense activities such as running. The physical activity shown to reduce the risk of heart disease, improve sleep, and increase overall mental wellbeing is just 30 minutes of brisk walking five days a week to reach the AHA and WHO.

Google Fit will also help you:
Try your things with your phone or watch
Get instant information when you exercise and see real-time statistics of your runs, walks and bike rides. Fit will use your Android phone's sensor or Wear OS via the Google Smartwatch's heart rate sensor to record your speed, speed, route, and more.

Count all your chances
If you walk, run, or ride a bike throughout the day, your Android phone or Wear OS by Google Smartwatch will automatically recognize and add your activities to your Google Fit magazine to get credit for your steps. Enjoy a different type of workout? Choose it from a list of activities like Pilates, rowing, or spinning and Google Fit will track all the heart points you earn.
