Educational Qualification:
SWM consultant : M.S.W /M.B.A/ Master in H.R and Knowledge of computer.
Superintending Engineer: Diploma in Civil Engineering and should be computer literate.
Block Coordinator and Cluster Coordinator: Mass Communication/Rural Studies/Social Science/Anthropology/Pedagogy/History/Geography/Law/Languages like Gujarati, English, Hindi, Sanskrit, Politicians and many more.
Experience:
SWM Consultant: Government/ Semi Government/ Local Government/ Relevant Jon in Public and Private Sector.
Engineer Supervisor: Relevant Job in Govt/Semi Govt/Recognized Organization Relevant Job
Block Coordinator and Cluster Coordinator: Experience in relevant sector is preferred.
pay:
SWM Consultant: Rs. 25000/- per month
Engineering Supervisor: Rs.15000/- per month
Block Coordinator: Rs. 7000/- per month
Cluster Coordinator: Rs. 5000/- per month
