Assistance for Gujarat Government Building Repair 2021
Under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, the applicant is currently given a subsidy of Rs 2.67 lakh on buying a new house-flat. It is now eligible for the same subsidy from the government on the loan taken by the applicant for renovation of old house or completion of kutcha house which most of the applicants are not aware of.
Just as the central government gives interest subsidy on buying a new house, similarly subsidy is given on this loan under the Housing for All Mission.
However, the applicant will have to submit the required proof in the authorized bank, housing finance company or co-operative bank. Also, when the applicant takes a loan, it should be clearly stated in the application that he/she wants to avail the Credit Link Subsidy Scheme (CLSS). Interest subvention request of the applicant along with eligibility of financial institutions as verified by that bank. National Housing Bank will then send the application for wages to HUDCO at the end of each month.
Following the prescribed procedure of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, the amount of subsidy will be deposited in the applicant's account. The applicant will be given a voucher or certificate by the committee. The applicant will have to submit this certificate to the bench, on the basis of which the amount of interest subvention will be credited to the applicant's account.
These people will not get help
The applicant should not have availed any scheme of Government of India to avail the amount of interest subsidy on the loan. If the applicant wants to renovate his house or complete the kutcha house, then he should not take advantage of any housing scheme of the Government of India. He will be eligible for subsidy only if he has not availed such benefit.
This benefit can be availed only if the applicant's family member does not have pucca house all over India. The persons included in his family by the applicant include his wife and unmarried children.
