For the post of Postman and Mail Guard, the applicant should have a standard 12th pass from any recognized board. Also, the local language of the new applicant should be Marathi and he should have knowledge of Marathi.
Before applying for the position of Multi Tasking Staff (MTS), be aware that you must have a standard 10 pass certificate from a recognized board and you need to know Marathi language. Under this recruitment 2020 the candidates will be selected on the basis of computer based test.

Candidates applying for the postman and mailguard positions will be paid on the basis of pay-matrix level three. It will just range from Rs 21,700 to Rs 69,100.
The candidates selected for the posts of Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) will be paid as per Pay-Matrix Level 1. It will be new from Rs 18,000 to Rs 56,900.
