Jan Dhan account can be opened in any bank
Forms for opening Jan-Dhan Yojana account are available in any government bank. The form provided by the bank should provide the applicant's full name, photo, marital status, address, phone number, business / employment and annual income, the number of dependents and if he already has a bank account. If you have an Aadhaar card, no other proof of ID proof is required. If you are unable to provide an Aadhaar card, you will need to provide proof of identity and residence. An account can also be opened for a child below 10 years under the Jan Dhan Yojana.
