For natural farming, the farmer has to use cow manure and fossils. This will increase soil fertility in the long run. People will get benefit from healthy organic grains and vegetables as well as cow service. A provision of Rs 50 crore has been made to cover an estimated 50 thousand farmers under this scheme. At present, the demand for natural agricultural products has increased due to the damage caused by overuse of pesticides and chemical fertilizers. Then the government started the scheme to ensure that farmers turn to natural farming based on cows.
A provision of Rs 32 crore has been made for various activities of the famous desi gir and concrete cow breeding of Gujarat. A provision of Rs 27 crore has been made for the Chief Minister Free Animal Treatment Scheme. Karuna Ambulance 1962 service has been started in 31 cities for the treatment of manga animals. A provision of Rs 13 crore has been made to improve service in Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat, Rajkot, Bhavnagar and Mehsana.
