The first step is to go to the support portal. Where order support reprint has to be clicked. After which you will be asked to enter your Aadhaar card number.
Security code must be provided
After that you have to fill captcha code or security code. Which will be alphanumeric. Note here that you have to tick the column where your mobile number is not registered.
Gods will have otp
Here the user will be asked to take his mobile number OTP. Which OTP will come on. After OTP, an OTP will be asked on your screen. Which will be sent to the mobile number provided by you.
Verify support details
You must enter the OTP at this step and tick the column with the terms and conditions. After that a new page will open. Where two options will appear. There you have to verify your support details.
