Big decision: Gujarat High Court gave circular for waiving of government school fees, said- these fees cannot be taken till school opens

The hearing on the issue of online education and private school fees in Gujarat was heard in the High Court on Wednesday. In which the High Court has given an important decision. The Gujarat High Court has finally rescinded the state government's school fee waiver circular. The court has retained the rest of the circular points. The court will new issue a detailed order in a few days.

The High Court has given a shock to the state government. Government circular to not charge fees until school opens. Further hearing will be held in the coming days. The government's decision was challenged by the administrators in the High Court. After listening to the parents-administrators, the government can issue a new circular in the court.

Administrators may not charge fees other than tuition fees: H.C.
As per the order of the High Court, no additional fee should be charged for the course activities. On the issue of school fees of Gujarat High Court Judge JB Pardiwala and Chief Justice Vikram Nath, the bench also asked students to start online education.
